Abstract

It is very important to address the issue of extravagance، as it means exceeding the limit,  hich has become the source of agreement among the people of language، custom and Sharia. Fitness is the case, it is a waste and waste of money or it is extravagant، but it is not suitable for the individual’s condition and need.. Through researching the subject and defining the concept and judgment and its effects on the rights of citizens is one of the topics of this research.
