Obstacles of Applying Electronic Administration at Tabuk University from the Perspective of Educational Leaders

Abstract

The study aims at identifying the obstacles of applying e-administration at the University of Tabuk from the perspective of the academic leaders. The study sample consisted of (96) academic leaders. The study tool is a questionnaire of three dimensions: administrative، human، and technological obstacles. The study results showed that administrative obstacles ranked first، followed by human obstacles in second place، and technical obstacles in third place. And it showed that there are no differences in the perspective of academic leaders in the application of e-administration at the University of Tabuk due to the personal variables.
