The role of transportation geography in explaining the transfer of ideas and combating intellectual invasion via social media and its repercussions on women in Babylon Governorate

Abstract

Since the beginning of the third millennium, societies have witnessed the interconnection of all countries of the world with the Internet, bypassing the geographical boundaries between their countries, through the exchange of ideas, alien cultures, that is, known as intellectual invasion, through social networking sites, the most prominent of whose negative effects were embodied in the dissemination of alien ideas and cultures related to the absolute freedom of women, openness and the establishment of illegal relations between the sexes, and a decline in the strength of relationships and family cohesion and the strength of family solidarity, and caused the large number of divorces and family disintegration, and this is something that necessitated taking a sample according to the study community of women (15 years and older), which is (1160,953) women according to the estimates of the population of Babil Governorate for the year 2023, and the sample size of (35) women in Babil Governorate, and the results of the research study indicated that the spiritual education of Muslim women through religious preaching is not affected by intellectual invasion And foreign cultures do not shake her married life, but social networking sites were the main push in empowerment by following the ideas put forward and projects that help her in the possibility of expressing herself and making decisions in society and its most prominent contributions.
