Abstract

    Today، the world is witnessing technological transformations and developments، the information and communication revolution، modernity and the global system، which in turn has imposed on educational institutions to keep pace with this new development، which has generated great challenges in front of these institutions and sectors of the state. They are responsible for the success of any educational institution that depends on the competence of its employees and the completion of the work entrusted to them in the fullest form and seriousness in the work.
