Abstract

The theme of madness emerged prominently in Iraqi narrative representation after 2003 and the subsequent waves of violence that swept the country, culminating in the 2014-2017 . Madness remains a fresh subject for reflection and reinterpretation in narratives, whether in terms of interpreting the phenomenon or in weaving madness into the rhetoric of discourse.
