Abstract

In these research papers, we have highlighted and shed light on a courageous figure, known for confronting injustice, transgression against the Islamic religion, and attacks on the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them). Abdullah ibn Hanzala is one of the figures who confronted the state of darkness and injustice, namely the Banu Umayya. The actions that Muawiya did, and then his son Yazid, whom he imposed by force on the Islamic nation, despite the opposition that Muawiya faced in appointing his son, he did so, and his son took over the throne. Then there were revolutions and oppositions that contributed to the end of his rule, which was full of pure blood. Among these revolutions, whose banner Abdullah ibn Hanzala carried with all bravery and courage, is the Battle of al-Harra, which represents a strong reaction to what Yazid committed against the Ahl al-Bayt peace be upon them.
