The current study aimed to investigate: (1) personal intelligence among teachers, (2) psychological well-being among teachers, and (3) the relationship between personal intelligence and psychological well-being among teachers. A sample of (100) male and female teachers in Baghdad was selected using the stratified random sampling method. The researchers adopted the Personal Intelligence Scale developed by Yasmine (2024), which consists of (33) items, and the Psychological Well-Being Scale developed by Ryff (2014), which consists of (42) items. After establishing the validity and reliability of both scales, the data were analyzed using statistical software on the study sample of (100) teachers. The study yielded several findings. The results indicated that the participants possessed a high level of personal intelligence and also enjoyed psychological well-being. Furthermore, a statistically significant positive correlation was found between personal intelligence and psychological well-being. Based on these findings, the study presented a number of recommendations and suggestions for future research.
