Abstract

Praise be to God, who bestowed upon us the best of the best, and I pray and greet our Sirin, who brought the light and the truth, Muhammad (may God bless him and his family Muslim) Al-Labi the Mandane, for what follows: After this tour while sleeping, the transactions of the quantitative religion and its critique in the light of Islamic law, we will find that the linen law focuses on internal marriage That is, the marriage of a man to a woman of the same spiritual, religious and social rank, and the owner of the sanctuary of external marriage, i.e., the marriage of a non-Kakan woman, and they leave it with the consent of the two parties, the husband and the wife. Whether the prohibition is through lineage or breastfeeding, and they forbid the combination of two sisters, and this is what is in accordance with Islamic law, and that perfectionism forbids divorce, it is forbidden, and if it occurs for one reason, that is marital cavalry. She can never return to her soul, and if she marries a man who has left his life according to their belief, this is a disagreement that you do not find in Islamic law, and that the main point in the biographies of the Kaka’i is that men and women are equal in their lives. The rights and duties have half of the careers and the other half for the nomads, and this contradicts Islamic Sharia, which states that a male has the same share as a female.
