Abstract

Humanity was on a journey preparing it to wander, and from time to time an inventor would emerge who accelerated that pace, then the situation returned to the way it was.

With the advent of the dawn of the new era, and the advent of modern means of communication, humanity set out on a march advancing like an arrow or almost, starting from all levels, and this launch needed media coverage that was compatible with it and kept pace with it, so the media developed in form, content and technology; One form of change was the language of media discourse.

With the explosion of inventions, and the accompanying conflicts that accompanied the expansion of knowledge, the media discourse needed to invent new terms, for new conditions that the old media did not experience. This research paper sheds light on the development of some media terminology, and its impact on the media content industry.
