Abstract

Language is the eternal means of communication between members of society, hence its importance to scholars and researchers, ancient and modern, and it was the starting point for the emergence of a group of theories in the rhetorical and deliberative lesson until the imperative of deliberative dialogue emerged through this rhetorical interaction, which built the basis of its communication on the principle of the theory of cooperation, which arranges the process of communication. Interpretation during the phrase’s departure from its literal meaning to its metaphorical meaning leads to the emergence of ritual obligations that Paul Grice said occur when one of the rules that fall within the principle of cooperation is violated. Hence, the aim of the research was to interrogate Abdul Hamid Al-Kateb’s message that he addressed to the writers and to show the linguistic characteristics. And the purposes for which it was written.
