Abstract

The Holy Qur’an is the book of God Almighty, which is considered a source of guidance and knowledge for everything, and it is not like other heavenly books. As it includes a complete description of the system of life and guidance from heaven in all areas that a person needs, whether intellectual, spiritual, political, social and economic, it includes directions and instructions that are suitable for every place and time and for every human nation. On this basis, it is considered one of the greatest laws, the law of Islam, which is characterized by the characteristic of facilitation. Muslims are relieved of hardship and embarrassment in order for them to live a happy life They live a free and dignified life, in accordance with the principle of preventing hardship, or its characteristic of ease and tolerance, on which Islamic law was based, one of the most prominent components of God’s eternal law, which came to organize people’s lives in all its aspects, taking into account their interests and renewed needs. Because Islam is a religion of human nature, it does not clash with human nature, energies, potentials, and aspirations.
