Voyeuristic Disorder among university students

Abstract

The current research aims to identify voyeurism disorder among university students and its prevalence rate among them, and to identify the significance of statistical differences according to the gender variable (male - female) for the diagnosed sample. and mental illness (Dsm-5, 2013), and the number of items on the scale was (15) items, and after verifying its psychometric characteristics of validity, stability and discrimination, it was applied to a sample of (400) male and female students from Al-Mustansiriya University, which was chosen randomly For the academic year 2022-2023, the results were as follows:

1- The prevalence of voyeurism disorder was (14.2%).

2- There are statistically significant differences in voyeurism disorder according to sex in favor of males.
