Persuasive Intelligence level among University professors

Abstract

The current research aims to identify Persuasive Intelligence level among University professors , and to achieve the aims of the research  , the researcher adopted the  measurement of the Persuasive Intelligence of Al-Abasi (2009) . After confirming the validity and stability of the research tool , it was applied to the sample members , which amounted to (360) University professors from Middle Technical University,  University of Baghdad, Technological University, Al-Mustansiriya University for the academic year (2024-2025). and after applying the research tool , the data were collected and analyzed statistically using the following statistical methods : Pearson correlation coefficient , arithmetic mean and standard deviation .The researcher reached the result that showed that University professors have Persuasive Intelligence .

 Based on these result , the researcher presented the following :

Recommendations : Professors should participate in scientific conferences and seminars that contribute to the maturity of their information in order to develop their persuasive intelligence.

Suggestions : Study the relationship correlation between persuasive intelligence and social empowerment.
