It specialized in educating the policeman as a good Iraqi individual and worked to control his behavior in line with general objectives. It was considered one of the leading magazines specialized in professional work. Part of its interest was focused on the social aspect. Its approach is largely formal, even if it addressed the reason for its publication, which is to serve the policeman, direct him towards good service, and raise his cultural level in a manner consistent with the requirements. His era, and was influenced by the nature of the work of the British police, and its articles were not without praise for their professional effectiveness and the accuracy of their professional level.
