The issue of women's political empowerment occupies a central position in political development and democratic transformation processes. This is due to the importance of having women alongside men in managing political life and in the success of political reform processes that countries strive for. Women are considered an essential and active part of society, and their issues cannot be separated from those of the broader community. The status of women in any society is a real indicator of that society's actual level of development and progress. The backwardness of women and their restriction by various constraints leads to the stagnation of the entire society, including its men and children. The research concluded that the relationship between women and politics is neither confrontational nor completely absent; rather, it is possible. As part of upholding human dignity and freedom, women have the right to participate in political life, contribute to decision-making, and advance to higher positions.
