The research aims to identify the impact of the Issues Investigation Strategy and Design-Based Learning on computer science among fifth scientific grade female students. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher developed an achievement test to measure the academic achievement of fifth scientific grade female students in computer scienceThe researcher randomly selected a sample of (91) female students from Al-Ikhlas Girls School for the purpose of implementing the experiment. The researcher personally taught the three research groups. After analyzing the data using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and Cronbach’s alpha equation, several conclusions were reached. Among them: the use of the Issues Investigation Strategy and Design-Based Learning led to positive interaction among the students, active participation, increased motivation, and productive thinkingThe recommendations, includingncouraging the implementation of design-based projects within classroom lessons and linking them to the academic content.
