Psychological Problems Faced by Women and Their Relationship to Cultural Invasion among Secondary School Female Teachers

Abstract

The research aimed to identify: 1 - Psychological problems faced by women in secondary school teachers. 2- The significance of statistical differences in psychological problems faced by women according to the age variable (less than 30 years old - (Over 30 years old) Intermediate - Preparatory Stage 3-Cultural invasion among secondary school teachers 4-Significance of statistical differences in cultural invasion according to the age variable (less than 30 years - more than 30 years) intermediate stage - preparatory stage) 5-The statistically significant relationship between the psychological problems facing women and cultural invasion among Secondary school teachers To achieve the research objectives, the researcher adopted the following: A scale of psychological problems facing women was prepared, consisting of (40) items distributed across five areas: social expectations of women, family and marital difficulties, economic pressure, discrimination and inequality, and the pressures of the dual role (work/family). Also, the Cultural Invasion Scale prepared by (Schiller 1991) was adopted, consisting of (30) items distributed across five dimensions: Western cultural influence, media dependency, adoption of Western values and behaviors, weakness of cultural identity, and cultural consumption. The researcher will apply the scale to a sample of (400) secondary school teachers, with (240) middle school teachers and (160) secondary school teachers for the academic year 2020-2026. At the end of the research, the researcher will include the results reached by the research, as well as the recommendations and suggestions.
