Abstract

The artistic image is one of the basic elements in literature and the arts. What we see of the artistic images in the verses on patience prove to us the greatness of these verses, because of the abundance of artistic images in them and in their various pictorial and creative forms, and these graphic and creative images played a prominent role in explaining the creativity of these Qur’anic verses. By studying the rhetorical methods of simile, metonymy, metaphor, exaggeration, and contrast. All of these played a role in demonstrating the importance of this study, and this evidence is considered one of the prominent elements that enhance meanings and deepen understanding.
