Abstract

The nature of the relationships and influence between each of the containment management and the organizational containment of workers' organizations is not always easy. It is a dynamic process influenced by changing trends and new developments in the field. When done poorly، containment management can severely affect employee productivity، motivation، and engagement while causing potential disruptions and problems for managers. Unfortunately، many businesses do not prioritize employee engagement management and thus do not experience the rich benefits and positive impact it has on the company as a whole. In an effort to raise awareness of these benefits، here is an overview of how containment management affects employee engagement.

Helping employees to reach best job containment is a central role for executives and working professionals. People are the greatest organizational value creators، so effective management of their performance is critical to success. Employees need to understand what is expected of them، and they need to be managed so that they are motivated، have the skills، resources and support they need to succeed، and are accountable for their work. The current market-oriented environment of higher education is hostile to the development of inclusive education in universities.

Emphasizing the role of containment management principles in educational institutions in particular، as organizations seek to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage that requires them to reduce functional work pressures that depend on containment management to reduce the negative effects that impede the success of the organization. Reducing functional work pressures in institutions according to the principles of containment management will ensure obtaining high-accuracy work outputs and distinct productivity at the same level as work inputs.

The study reached important results confirming the negative role of job stress on workers and its repercussions on productivity and on social relations between them. A set of recommendations were developed، the most important of which is the implementation of the principles of containment management and the importance of administrative leaders in educational institutions addressing the causes of stress to reduce or mitigate them to create a comfortable and productive university environment.
