The current study aimed to identify the level of organizational behavior among the deans of colleges at the University of Baghdad from the perspective of department heads, as well as the level of change management practiced by the college deans from the same perspective. It also sought to examine whether there were statistically significant differences in organizational behavior and change management according to gender (male/female), and to investigate the correlational relationship between organizational behavior and change management among the deans of the University of Baghdad colleges as perceived by department heads. The researcher found that the level of organizational behavior among the deans of the University of Baghdad colleges was high. Likewise, the level of change management practiced by the deans was found to be remarkably high. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in organizational behavior or change management attributable to gender (male/female). Furthermore, a strong positive statistically significant correlation was found between organizational behavior and change management. Based on these findings, the researcher proposed a number of conclusions, recommendations, and suggestions for future research.
