Abstract

Organizations in various fields have turned to introducing technology into their management, because the use of this modern technology helps them to simplify procedures and reduces reliance on paper in their administrative transactions. The concept of e-government refers to the environment in which services are delivered and organizational activities are managed internally or across multiple organizations using information and communication networks. E-government encompasses all elements of management, including planning, organizing, monitoring, supervising, controlling, and evaluating, and is characterized by its ability to continuously generate knowledge and utilize it to achieve objectives. This research addressed many aspects of electronic management, focusing on its role in developing the job performance of individuals and institutions. It used the descriptive analytical method.
