Abstract

The idea of ​​development is integrated with the idea of ​​rights on the basis that its axis is the human being who has the right to participate in making development and the right to enjoy its results. Development is part of human rights, which means international recognition that every individual and every people has the right to enjoy a certain amount of goods and services produced. The development process is controlled at the level of three dimensions: the human being, the place or geographical scope, and time. Sustainable development, with its multiple dimensions - political, economic, and social.

Social and environmental development is the ideal choice for ensuring the implementation of human rights, achieving prosperity for all peoples, sustaining life on Earth, and guaranteeing the rights of future generations. The Islamic approach encompasses the development of human thought, morals, and values, in all aspects of life. It encourages human development and building, and the development of the Earth, in accordance with clear and comprehensive legal regulations. Within the framework of the Islamic vision, development in Islam is characterized by its comprehensiveness, with the presence of. The Holy Quran and the Sunnah are references to regulate and guide development. Development in Islam does not discriminate based on gender or ethnicity
