This research seeks to explore digital competence and cognitive wisdom among graduate students, and the correlation between them. In order to achieve this, the researchers adopted the digital competence scale prepared by Ferrari (2012) consisting of (29) paragraphs, and the cognitive wisdom scale prepared by Ardilt (2003) consisting of (14) paragraphs. To complete this, the two scales were applied to a sample consisting of (400) male and female students from Al-Qadisiyah University, which were selected using the stratified random method according to the proportional method. After collecting the data and processing it statistically using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), the research results concluded that graduate students have digital competence and enjoy cognitive wisdom. There is also a positive correlation between digital competence and cognitive wisdom. Based on the results of the research, several recommendations and proposals were made.
