Abstract

This research looks at the images of the distant other in the poet، such as the critic of the one whom he began to praise، lament، or satirize in the context of his poem. The distant other، according to our search for his concepts، is the one who is distant in lineage، and may be in religious belief. If we talk about the poet’s situation with his slave girls، it must be noted that the poet himself may not have referred to this concept in the distant past in terms of his belief; Rather، he intended to present an image of the distant other with whom he lives his daily life، whether in his social environment or in the middle

The drinking session also dealt with the Nadim، the bartender، and the slave girls، and the distant other appears in his poetry and prose
