Abstract

The current research aims to acknowledge:

The stander of the duties of the Educational instructor in school from their point of view the differences in the duties of the Educational instructor in school from their point of view according to the changes of the sex and qualifications in order to accomplish the aim of the of the research the Researcher took the following actions:

Choosing a random sample of some Educational instructors  whom exists in elementary, middle and junior high schools that belongs to The General Directorate of the second Rusafa of the community amounted to (100) male and female instructors, and a scale for the Educational instructors duties was prepared consisted of (32) paragraphs divided into four areas which are: The social duties, the personal duties, the performative duties, the professional duties, with (8) paragraph for each area, And extract the psychometric characteristics of the scale Such as virtual validity, indicators of constructive validity, and reliability in two ways test, Cronbach's Alpha, and use the following statistical methods:

 1-  mean, mode, deviation, variance, skewness, kurtosis

2-pearson Correlation

3- Cronbach's alpha equation

4- One-sample t-test

 5 Post-test for two independent samples

 After emptying the data, the current research reached the most important results, which are: The arithmetic mean was (57.87), and it turned out that there were no differences between the two guides and female guides in tasks as nepotism amounted to (474.1), with respect to In terms of qualification, there are differences between graduates of education and open education, as it reached nepotism (0.982)
