Expressions indicating authentication and weakening among the Imami hadith scholars

Abstract

This research aims to present the general and specific authentications adopted by the Imamis, and to monitor the criticism and validation that authenticated trustworthy narrators and weakened weak ones among the hadith transmitters. Therefore, the researcher adopted a descriptive and inductive approach to monitoring the weakening and validation in narrators' sources and studies. The importance of the research stems from the studies that express their opinions on the treatment of general and specific authentications and validations, a topic of research among scholars. The research structure included dividing the research into three sections: The first section included the narrators' characteristics among the Imamis; the second section included the foundations of authentication and validation of narrators among the Imamis; and the third section included monitoring the expressions and phrases of criticism and validation among the Imamis.
