Lexical Cohesion in the Poetry of Ebtehal Mahdi Salman

Abstract

For any text to perform its communicative function and influence its intended meaning on the recipient, it relies on methods of organizing the text's methodology. Modern linguistic text scholars have established these methods, and from here emerged textual expressions, including the criterion of stylization, which is divided into: grammatical and lexical. This research seeks to clarify lexical stylization in the research titled "Lexical Stylization in the Poetry of Arif Al-Saadi." This research falls within the category of textual studies, given that linguistic analysis is a field that can be applied to various texts. On this basis, the research consists of two sections. The first addresses repetition and its types in Arif Al-Saadi's texts. The second section is devoted to lexical accompaniment and its applications, followed by a list of sources.
