Planful Competence and its Relationship to Spiritual Intelligence among University Students

The current research aims to identify the planned competence and spiritual intelligence among university students and the statistical significance of the correlation between spiritual intelligence and planned competence among university students. The current research adopted the descriptive correlational approach and the sample size reached (400) male and female students from Al-Mustansiriya University for the academic year (2024/2025). The researchers adopted the planned competence measurement tool from the Trache & Sweet study for the year (2009) and to measure spiritual intelligence from the King study (2008) and extract the values of validity and reliability for it and using several appropriate statistical methods. The researchers reached several results, namely that university students have planned competence and spiritual intelligence and there is a statistically significant relationship between planned competence and spiritual intelligence. In light of the results, the researchers reached a set of conclusions, recommendations and proposals.
