Abstract

The research problem becomes evident when recognizing the need for administrative leaders characterized by intelligent leadership traits، capable of accomplishing multiple tasks associated with various administrative processes. This would enhance the effectiveness of the institution—specifically schools—in contributing to sustainable development The study aims to explore the organizational intelligence of middle school principals from the perspective of their teachers. Additionally، it seeks to identify the sustainable development efforts of these principals، also from their teachers' perspective، and ultimately examine the relationship between the two.

The research was conducted on teachers working in Al-Rusafa 2 Directorate in Baghdad Governorate during the academic year (2024–2025)، with a total of 195 individuals. The researchers identified a set of terms related to the study in the theoretical framework and reviewed several studies related to the research topic.

A series of procedures were followed، including describing the research population and sample. A sample consisting of 50 individuals، representing (percentage) of the research population، was selected. The researchers developed a specialized research tool by reviewing literature and previous studies. The tool's validity and reliability were tested، and the study produced several results، which were subsequently presented and interpreted Finally، a set of conclusions، recommendations، and suggestions specific to the research was provided.
