Abstract

There are physical and psychological differences between males and females, and these differences lead to differences in tasks and functions. Accordingly, the Qur’anic discourse took these differences into account in the Sharif’s speech.

The research plan consisted of an introduction and four demands in the Qur’anic discourse. The first demand was about the privacy of women due to the obligation of hijab. The second demand was about the privacy of the Muslim woman through inheritance. The third demand was about the privacy of the testimony of two women equal to the testimony of a man. The fourth demand was about the privacy (of going out and mingling) of the Muslim woman. Recitations. With a conclusion and a list of sources.
