The research aims to study the formula of the Prophet’s command (do), an applied fundamental study in the book of'' Al-Mujtaba'' by Al-Nasa’i. This research was specialized in the formula of the command (do), which directly indicates the request for the action itself .
The research examined the linguistic and terminological meanings of the words (form) and (commander), and then sought to establish the issues related to the command form .
On the practical side, it was possible to study the form of the imperative (do) in several hadiths in Al-Mujtaba by Al-Nasa’i. Most of these hadiths were the subject of dispute among scholars. Some of them held it to be obligatory on its apparent meaning, and some of them held it to be desirable or permissible. This is due to a presumption that required it to be dismissed from its apparent meaning, and God knows best
