Our early scholars from ancient times, thanks to their rational sense, the quickness of their intuition, and the purity of their thoughts, realized an important thing, which is that jurisprudence, by its composition, may be linked to the situation and circumstances in which the text was said, as these external circumstances are an effective and main tool in understanding the meaning. Hence, this research stopped at some Quranic verses whose subject matter was linked to the customs of the Arabs before Islam. To clarify the impact of customs on understanding sentence structure among commentators. The research aimed to demonstrate the effect of habit in the following two axes: 1- Nominal sentence structure. 2- Actual sentence structure.
