The Argumentative Consolidation Pattern in the Poetry of Ajwad Mujbil

Abstract

During their writing or creativity, the poet or writer seeks to consolidate a set of ideas that transform into solid systems in the context of their employment, as "a group of parts that are cohesive in connection, integrated in movement, functionally equivalent, and rhythmically harmonious. The system breathes and lives existentially and functionally through the integration of the functions of its interconnected parts". From another perspective, the system is defined as: "a group of philosophical opinions and theories that are logically linked to one another until they become an organic, coordinated, and cohesive unit. It is more general than theory". Accordingly, the consolidation of the system is the influence of discourse on the culture prevailing among the recipients, as it carries matters that it aims to consolidate in the recipient's mindset. The system thus becomes a cultural pattern reflected in behavior, lifestyle, and value system. From a structuralist point of view, the system is a group of elements that interact with each other, whether they are material or immaterial. Accordingly, the system is a group of interconnected elements that form a unified whole.
