"Emotional Intelligence is an essential prerequisite for developing and realizing our various mental capabilities. Simply put, we need to recognize our emotions and properly describe and label our internal feelings and needs. We also need to motivate ourselves and activate all our inner capabilities, such as: internal energy, effort, discipline, perseverance, and flexibility". "Enjoyment of life makes the individual happier, more tolerant, and more reconciled with themselves and others around them. At that moment, the self undoubtedly experiences a moment of genuine illumination, clearly manifesting itself to others and forgiving them for everything that causes it distress, depression, pain, or sadness. This moment is also considered an embodiment of the soul's serenity and breadth, its purity and transcendence". "The current research seeks to identify the statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and enjoyment of life among primary school teachers. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher adopted the descriptive correlational approach. The research population was defined as all primary school teachers, and the research sample consisted of (400) male and female teachers, selected by the researcher using a random sample method. The researcher used the Emotional Intelligence Scale by (Othman & Rizk, 2001) and the Enjoyment of Life Scale by (Al-Assadi, 2020) as the research instruments and measures." "The research results showed a positive and statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and enjoyment of life among teachers."
