Abstract

Jurisprudence represents the basic pillar on which the religious institution was built after the end of the era of issuing the text, especially since the Imamis took this legitimacy from the occultation of their twelfth Imam (may God hasten his honorable appearance), so the jurist became the legitimate challenger to the leadership of the nation, and the clarification of its legal rulings and obligatory duties, and with this the research was active. Jurisprudence, according to a group of scholars in the past and present, took it upon themselves to follow a serious methodology to show the powers of rulings to those responsible in accordance with their objective situations. Jurisprudence was the science responsible for carrying out this task. Therefore, my approach became towards jurisprudential research within the manuscript book of Sheikh Muhammad bin Al-Hasan Al-Tusi Al-Mashhadi (may God have mercy on him).
