Abstract

The aim of the current research is to

       Identifying the level of Time management among middle school principals-

-Identifying the significance of differences in Time management among middle school principals (males, females

-Statistically significant differences in the level of time management among school principals according to the variable length of service (less than 10 years - 10 years and more)

The sample was selected in a stratified random manner with an equal distribution method from male and female middle school principals. To achieve the research objectives, a time management scale was prepared. To treat the research data statistically, the researcher used appropriate statistical tools. The research tool was applied using appropriate statistical tools and the validity and reliability values ​​of the research tool were extracted. At the end of the research, the researcher reached a number of conclusions and recommendations
