The current research aims to know:
1-Moral Elevation for secondary school's teachers.
2-Are there any Statistically significant differences in moral Elevation according to the gender
variable (males – females).
The research sample consisted of (400) secondary schools' teachers. To achieve the research's objectives, the researchers adopted the moral Elevation scale which is prepared by Wan Ding et al., 2014 (Wan Ding at all, 2014), that consisted of (21) situational items and extracted psychometric properties such validity and reliability. The reliability coefficient of the (Moral Elevation) scale extracted by using the (re-test method) reached (0.77), while the extracted reliability reached Cronbach’s alpha is (0.79), and the results were analyzed by using statistical methods (Pearson correlation coefficient, one-sample t-test, Pseudo-test, two-sample t-test, Pseudo-test). The results were as follows: - Secondary school's teachers have a moral level. There are statistically significant differences according to the gender variable (males - females) in favor of males. In light of the research results, the researchers made some recommendations and some proposals.
