Abstract

Spencer was famous for his ethical doctrine, which was known for (evolution and aascension). As we see him dealing with the moral phenomenon in terms of it being a phenomenon of development, as he considered morality to be a universal system subject to development, and whenever the whole develops, this is evidence of the development of the parts, and morality falls within The framework of humanity and humanity is part of this universe with its solar system and what appeared on the surface of the Earth with all its components. Therefore, it would have been better for morals to develop with the development of the beings included in this universe.

The research aimed to identify the basic principles established by Spencer in moral education, which aim to make good moral behaviour the one that develops the lives of the individual and others. This only happens by using self-education or what Spencer calls self-deterrent. The research led to Herbert Spencer applying his moral and educational views based on his evolutionary philosophy.
